Roti Churma..

I have seen by boss bring this to office almost every day for breakfast and lunch and when we asked what it was he said it is Churma.. and told how it is made in his lanuguage ..
"Roti ko pieces mein kaatke usme masala daaal dehte hai bas!!"

So here goes my version of Roti Churma


You Need:

Roti / phulka - 8
Onion - 1 large thinly sliced
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Pav bhaji masala - 2 tsp
Red chillie powder - as per taste
Salt
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp chopped 
Oil / ghee

Mehthod:
Shred the Roti into thin slices (I rolled 4 rotis together and sliced them with a knife)
Heat about 2 tbsp oil in a wok
Add the roti slices and fry them till they become slightly crisp
Remove and keep it aside
Heat 1 tsp oil again in the same wok
Add the onion and fry till brown
Add the masala and fry for a min or two on medium flame
Add these to the roti slices and mix them well (using hands will give you better results)
Add salt mix well
Garnish with Coriander
Server hot with a bowl of curds.
