For Pundi gatti you need:
Rice tari - 1 cup
Coconut scrapped - 1/2 cup
Bengal gram - 1 tbsp
Green chillis chopped
Soak the Bengal gram in hot water for 15 mins.
Heat 2 cups of water in a kadai, add 1 tsp ghee and salt bring it to a boil.
Add the rice tari. Keep turning with the spatula till the water evaporates
Mix in all the other ingredients
Wet your hands with water and shape into oblong pieces.
Cook in steam for 20 mins.
Serve with sauce / chutney / kadala curry.
