Sabakki Sendige (Sabudana Papad)

Summer is arriving.. In my house my MIL and her sisters have started perparing pickles and papads :). I am enjoying this coz I am the official tater of stuff that they prepare..

Today we did sabakki sendige.

You need:
Sabakki - 1 litre
green chilli paste - 4 tbsp (as per taste)
Salt - as per taste
Hing - 1 tsp

Method:
Soak the Sabakki in water for 2 hrs
cook it in the cooker for 3 whistles. Remember to keep lots of water.
Add the green chilli paste, salt and hing.
Put in the plastic as shown below and keep it in sun for 2 - 3 days.
